Delight in these warm, cheesy garlic bread bites, perfect for sharing with a side of marinara sauce. Made with homemade dough and topped with Parmesan, they’re an irresistible appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 batch Homemade pizza dough (Use your preferred recipe or store-bought dough)

Garlic Butter

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter (Room temperature)
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic (Freshly minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Dried parsley or fresh parsley (Use 2 tbsp fresh parsley if fresh)

Toppings

  • 4-6 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated)

Dipping Sauce

  • to taste Marinara sauce (Warm for dipping)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  • Prepare dough according to your recipe, let it rise until doubled, then punch down and cut into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley to make garlic butter. Brush generously over the dough bites.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake a few extra minutes and keep an eye on the color.
