Dough
1batchHomemade pizza dough(Use your preferred recipe or store-bought dough)
Garlic Butter
0.5cupUnsalted butter(Room temperature)
2clovesMinced garlic(Freshly minced)
1tspSalt
1tspItalian seasoning
2tbspDried parsley or fresh parsley(Use 2 tbsp fresh parsley if fresh)
Toppings
4-6tbspGrated Parmesan cheese(Freshly grated)
Dipping Sauce
to tasteMarinara sauce(Warm for dipping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick spray.
Prepare dough according to your recipe, let it rise until doubled, then punch down and cut into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley to make garlic butter. Brush generously over the dough bites.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
