Delight in these warm, cheesy garlic bread bites, perfect for sharing with a side of marinara sauce. Made with homemade dough and topped with Parmesan, they’re a flavorful appetizer or snack.
Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick spray and set aside.
Prepare the dough by combining flour, water, yeast, olive oil, and salt; knead until smooth and let rise until doubled. Punch down and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Arrange dough pieces on the prepared sheet, cover with a towel, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley to make garlic butter.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush garlic butter over the dough bites, bake for 20 minutes until golden, then brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
