A delicious overnight breakfast casserole combining cinnamon-spiced bread and apples, baked to perfection and topped with a crunchy streusel.

Instructions
Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
Chop bread into chunks and layer in the dish with chopped apples.
Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla; pour over bread and apples.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Bake for 35-40 minutes. Prepare streusel, sprinkle on top, and bake 5 more minutes.
Notes
Serve warm with syrup, whipped cream, or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
