This crispy roasted cauliflower is topped with Parmesan and seasoned to perfection, making it a delicious side or snack.

Ingredients

Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 lemon lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan over cauliflower and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
