Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning in a skillet until browned; add salsa and green chiles if using, then set aside.
Spray tortillas with oil and place on the baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture and refried beans onto each tortilla, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes, then fold tortillas over and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy. Broil for 90 seconds if extra crispiness is desired.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
For extra heat, add more green chiles or hot sauce.
