Enjoy crispy, flavorful beef tacos baked to perfection with your favorite toppings for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat and Seasonings

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2-3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 0.75 cup mild salsa
  • 1 can spicy or mild green chiles (optional)
  • 10 corn tortillas corn tortillas (or tortillas of choice)
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup refried beans

Toppings

  • Avocado oil spray (for greasing tortillas)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook ground beef with taco seasoning in a skillet until browned; add salsa and green chiles if using, then set aside.
  • Spray tortillas with oil and place on the baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture and refried beans onto each tortilla, then sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then fold tortillas over and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy. Broil for 90 seconds if extra crispiness is desired.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

For extra heat, add more green chiles or hot sauce.
