ground beef or turkey
Beans

black beans, drained and rinsed
Vegetables and Seasonings

diced tomatoes with green chilies

Instructions
Cook the ground beef or turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat.
Add black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover for 2-3 minutes until melted.
Remove from heat and top with sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
