orecchiette pasta or other fun shaped pasta

diced onion

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook onion until softened, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, beans, artichokes, tuna, and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil and cook 2-3 minutes.
Stir in olives, add pasta, and toss to combine. Mix in asiago cheese and basil.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality canned tuna for best flavor.
