A flavorful and creamy Cajun chicken pasta cooked in one pot for easy cleanup and maximum taste.

Instructions
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Toss chicken with 1/2 Tbsp cajun seasoning, cook until browned, then transfer to foil to keep warm.
In same pot, sauté bell peppers and onion 3 minutes, add garlic and remaining cajun seasoning, cook 1 minute.
Pour in broth, tomatoes, and 1/2 cup cream, bring to boil, add pasta, cook 12-13 minutes, add cornstarch mixture, cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat, stir in remaining cream, parmesan, parsley, chicken, and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken rest after cooking before slicing.
