Enjoy fluffy, protein-packed pancakes made with oats and banana for a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

rolled oats ground into flour

scoped scoop
vanilla whey protein
(about 30 g)

baking powder

fine salt

pure vanilla extract
Wet ingredients

milk dairy or unsweetened almond

neutral oil or butter for the pan
Instructions
Blend oats into a fine flour, then add banana, egg, whey, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and milk. Blend until smooth.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium and lightly grease. Pour batter in small rounds.
Cook until edges are set and bubbles form, then flip and cook until centers are done.
Transfer to a plate and let rest for one minute.
Serve warm with toppings like fruit or yogurt.
