These homemade oatmeal protein bars are a perfect on-the-go snack, combining wholesome oats with protein power for sustained energy.

Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix protein powder, oats, maple syrup, and almond butter until combined. Add milk if needed.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate until firm.
Slice into bars and drizzle with chocolate if desired.
