Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Scoop ΒΌ cup batter into skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with butter and maple syrup.

Notes

For extra flavor, add berries or nuts on top.
