These delicious no-bake energy bars combine dates, cocoa, chia seeds, and nuts for a healthy, satisfying snack.

Instructions
If dates are dry, soak in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain.
Blend walnuts until coarse flour forms.
Add dates and blend into a sticky paste.
Mix in remaining ingredients; add water if too crumbly.
Press mixture into parchment-lined pan, freeze for 1 hour, then cut into 14 bars.
