Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 1 jar 7 ounce jar of tuna packed in oil
  • 1 piece dill pickle, chopped
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons mustard
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Chopped lettuce Chopped lettuce

Instructions 

  • Flake the tuna in a bowl with a fork.
  • Stir in pickle, tomatoes, and parsley.
  • Whisk mustard, oil, and pepper; drizzle half over tuna, mix, and taste. Add more dressing if needed.
  • Scoop tuna salad onto chopped lettuce and serve.
