A quick and flavorful stir fry combining tender beef, colorful vegetables, and savory sauce over noodles.
Ingredients
Meat

flank steak
(sliced thinly against the grain)
Noodles

egg noodles
(or preferred type)
Vegetables

cup
bell peppers
(sliced, use red and green)

cup
snow peas
(trimmed)
Sauce & Thickening

tbsp
soy sauce
(use low-sodium if desired)

cornstarch
(for thickening the sauce)

vegetable oil
(for frying)

garlic
(minced)

ginger
(grated or minced)
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Then add bell peppers and snow peas, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Mix soy sauce and cornstarch to make the sauce, then pour into the skillet. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to combine, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
