Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9.5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment.
Mash bananas until smooth. Mix in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Fold into wet mixture.
Gently fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
