Ingredients

Crispy Shells

  • 1 pack spring roll or wonton wrappers (Provides the crispy structure)

Main Protein

  • 0.5 pound ground beef or chicken (Can swap for turkey or plant-based alternative)

Vegetables

  • 0.5 units diced onion (Use shallots or green onions for milder flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning (Consider homemade for best flavor)

Fresh Produce

  • 1 small tomato (Finely diced, can use pico de gallo)

Cheese

  • 0.25 cup cheddar cheese (Shredded, can swap with Monterey Jack or dairy-free)

Avocado

  • 0.5 units diced avocado (Guacamole is a great alternative)

Instructions
