Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 0.25 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  • Place dough circles on parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread sauce and top with cheese.
