Instructions
Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
Chop onion, seed and dice chili and red pepper.
Sauté onion, chili, and red pepper in a pan with oil for 5 minutes.
Fill wraps with cooked quinoa, vegetables, beans, and toppings. Add guacamole or sour cream if desired, then roll.
