Instructions
Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
Cook rice according to your preferred method.
Cook ground turkey in a skillet with olive oil until nearly done. Add garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook 2-3 minutes more.
Prepare vegetables: halve tomatoes, chop cucumber, slice onion, and chop parsley.
Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, vegetables, and top with yogurt sauce before serving.
