Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 2 cans skipjack tuna
  • 1/2 medium bell peppers
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 large roasted red pepper
  • 2 tbsp capers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp herbs de provence (or Italian seasoning)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions 

  • Combine tuna with chopped vegetables, herbs, lemon juice, mustard, and olive oil in a large bowl.
