A quick and flavorful pasta dish combining tuna, fresh herbs, and lemon for a bright Mediterranean taste.

albacore tuna (packed in olive oil)

Instructions
Boil water with salt, cook spaghetti until al dente, about 10 minutes.
Mix tuna, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, salt, red pepper flakes, and capers in a bowl.
Drain pasta and toss with tuna mixture. Add arugula and toss briefly to wilt.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve topped with parsley or dill and black pepper.
