Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Toss chicken, zucchini, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, and spices in a bowl.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 10-15 more minutes until golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
