Ingredients

Fruits and liquids

  • 1.5 cups Frozen mango
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ scoop Truvani plant based protein, vanilla
  • 10 grams Vital Proteins collagen peptides
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder (optional) (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add the frozen mango, soy milk, protein powder, collagen peptides, lemon juice, and optional turmeric to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass, add a straw, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add a banana or a spoonful of yogurt.
