A delicious and easy-to-make nacho platter topped with flavorful chili con carne, melted cheese, and fresh toppings. Perfect for sharing and game day!

leftover Chili Con Carne

shredded cheddar cheese

nacho cheese sauce
(store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread tortilla chips evenly on the baking sheet. Spoon chili over chips and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and chili is warmed. Heat cheese sauce separately until smooth.
Remove nachos from oven, drizzle with cheese sauce and sour cream, then sprinkle with chopped onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add jalapeños or cilantro as desired.
