Instructions
In a skillet, melt butter and stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Add chicken and sauté until cooked and golden, about 15 minutes.
Cool chicken for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pan, add lemon zest and black pepper, then stir in mayonnaise and garlic powder.
Spread sauce on tortillas, add lettuce, sprouts, avocado, and chicken. Roll up, cut in half, and serve.
Notes
Feel free to add other veggies or cheese for extra flavor.
