Instructions
Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang for 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
In the same pan, stir-fry carrots and bell peppers until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Assemble bowls with rice, cooked beef, vegetables, fried eggs, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
