A flavorful and easy-to-make Korean-inspired rice bowl featuring ground turkey, fresh vegetables, and a spicy gochujang sauce.
Ingredients

green onions

brown sugar

rice vinegar

gochujang
(or other red chili paste)

garlic, minced

carrots, shredded

cucumber, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds
Instructions
Cook rice in 3 cups water until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar; set aside.
Cook ground turkey in sesame oil with green onions until partly cooked, then add sauce, garlic, and gochujang; cook until thickened.
Optional: Sauté shredded carrots in sesame oil for 2-3 minutes or serve raw.
Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, carrots, cucumber, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
