A quick and flavorful Korean-inspired rice bowl featuring savory ground turkey and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

ground turkey

cooked white rice

Vegetables

Instructions
Whisk gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
Cook turkey in vegetable oil until no pink, about 5-6 minutes.
Add sauce to turkey, cook 2 more minutes until glossy.
Toss cucumber slices with rice vinegar; let sit 5 minutes.
Divide rice into bowls, top with turkey, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, and garnish with sesame seeds.
Serve immediately with extra gochujang if desired.
Notes
For extra spice, add more gochujang on the side.
