For the Bowls

Instructions
Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and gochujang. Marinate steak for 30 minutes.
Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, lime juice, and sugar to make the spicy sauce. Chill until serving.
Cook marinated steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Assemble bowls with rice, steak, vegetables, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
