Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces kiwi (peeled, sliced)
  • ½ cup strawberries (frozen)
  • ¾ cup greek yogurt (non-fat or full-fat)
  • ¾ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp honey or agave (optional)

Instructions
