1teaspoongarlic powder

Pasta
8ouncesshort-cut pasta, such as rotini, fusilli, penne, or farfalle
Greens
6cupskale, washed and finely chopped
Dressing
0.5cupmayonnaise
1clovegarlic, minced or grated
1tablespoonlemon juice
0.5teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
0.5teaspoonanchovy paste (optional)
0.5teaspoonDijon mustard
0.25cupgrated parmesan cheese
0.125teaspoonsalt
pinchfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire, anchovy paste (if using), Dijon mustard, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then rinse with cold water and drain.
Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper, then cook in olive oil until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Rest, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, toss kale and cooked pasta with dressing. Add chicken and toss gently. Top with shaved Parmesan to serve.
