Enjoy these flavorful, cheesy protein-packed wraps that are perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
Meat and Vegetables

steak (thinly sliced, choose sirloin or flank for tenderness)

bell peppers (sliced, any variety)

onion (sliced)

mushrooms (sliced)
Dairy and Cheese

cottage cheese (fresh, room temperature)

provolone cheese (shredded, divided)

tortillas (use flour or whole wheat)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice steak, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cook steak until browned, then add vegetables and sauté until tender.
Mix cottage cheese with half of the provolone cheese until smooth.
Fill tortillas with steak and veggie mix, roll up, and place in a baking dish seam-side down.
Pour cheese sauce over wraps, sprinkle remaining provolone, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5-10 more minutes.
Let cool briefly, then serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas and leaner cuts of meat.
