Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (about 6 oz / 170g each, skin-on or skinless)
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

  • optional Lemon slices Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions 

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon in the mixture for 20–30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
  • Grill salmon skin-side down for 4–6 minutes per side until opaque and flaky.
  • Rest briefly, then garnish with lemon slices and herbs before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon just before serving.
