Instructions
Whisk garlic, hot honey, chili sauce, oil, and salt; toss shrimp in marinade.
Prepare salad: whisk ginger, vinegar, orange juice, sesame oil, and salt; toss mango, cucumber, avocado, and onion.
Cook shrimp in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and curled.
Serve shrimp over rice with salad, topped with sesame seeds and hot honey if desired.
