A flavorful and easy-to-make bowl combining spicy honey, lean beef, sweet potatoes, and fresh vegetables for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

taco seasoning

Olive oil spray
Instructions
Peel the sweet potatoes and chop into bite-sized chunks.
Toss the sweet potato chunks with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
Cook the lean beef mince in a skillet until browned, then stir in taco seasoning and hot honey.
Prepare the broccoli by steaming or sautéing until tender. Slice the avocado.
Assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned beef, broccoli, cottage cheese, and sliced avocado. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle with additional hot honey before serving.
