A delicious and easy-to-make turkey wrap featuring a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow or Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Turkey

  • 12 ounces sliced turkey breast (deli-style or leftover roasted turkey)

Vegetables & Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
  • 0.5 small red onion (thinly sliced, optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and vinegar to make the sauce.
  • Spread the sauce evenly on each tortilla.
  • Layer turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onions on the tortillas.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

You can customize the vegetables and cheese to your preference.
