A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 3 cups pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite shape)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Chicken

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Cook chicken in oil and garlic until done; season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Mix honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise; pour over chicken and stir.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley before serving.
