Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix yogurt, pumpkin, and honey until combined. Add dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Divide dough into 8 balls, roll into ropes, join ends to form bagels, and place on sheet.
Brush bagels with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
