Ingredients

Dairy & Protein

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (high protein, low sugar)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder

Fruits & Nuts

  • 0.5 cup Fresh Strawberries, Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional) (drizzle)

Instructions 

  • Combine Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Top with diced strawberries, then sprinkle chocolate chunks and walnuts evenly.
  • Dust with chia seeds and drizzle honey on top.
  • Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 5-10 minutes to meld flavors.
