A delicious and protein-packed burrito perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat and Veggies

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion (diced)
  • 1 jalapeno Jalapeno (diced)
  • 15 oz Black Beans (canned and drained)
  • 15 oz Diced Tomatoes (canned and drained)
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 4 large High Fiber Tortilla Wraps

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef with taco seasoning until no longer pink, then drain.
  • Add onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, beans, and corn; cook until veggies soften. Mix with beef.
  • Divide mixture into 4 portions and place on tortillas.
  • Roll up tortillas and brown in skillet until crispy, turning every 1-2 minutes.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like cheese or sour cream for extra flavor.
