Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese, apple sauce, vanilla, egg whites, and cinnamon until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients, then add wet mixture and fold in diced apple to form a dough.
Scoop 6 fritters onto the tray, leaving space, and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
Make glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Dip cooled fritters in glaze.
Notes
For a quicker option, air fry for 10-15 minutes instead of baking.
