Instructions
Mix softened butter, herbs, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat salmon dry and line a baking sheet with parchment. Arrange lemon slices.
Slide half of the herbed butter under the skin of each fillet and spread remaining butter over the top.
Place salmon skin-side down on lemon slices and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and flaky.
Let rest for 3-5 minutes, then serve with baked lemon slices and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
