A flavorful baked dish combining tender herb-seasoned chicken with roasted mixed vegetables, perfect for a wholesome meal.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange chicken in a greased baking dish and mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken is golden and veggies are tender.
