Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan or line with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients: oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Whisk together yogurt, milk, eggs, vanilla, honey, and melted coconut oil.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
