Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf tin and line with parchment paper.
Mix pumpkin, applesauce, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil until combined.
Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and spices. Fold until just combined.
Spoon batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle oats and pumpkin seeds on top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
