A delicious and wholesome snack cake made with natural ingredients, perfect for a quick treat or healthy dessert.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (Natural, no added oil or sugar)
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 eggs Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Almond Milk (Or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
  • Mix wet ingredients until combined, then fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Check doneness with a toothpick; cool before slicing.
  • Store in the fridge and reheat slices as needed.
