Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch pan with parchment.
Cream sugar and eggs, melt chocolate with coconut oil, then mix into eggs with vanilla.
Stir in peanut butter, sift in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips if using.
Pour batter into pan, swirl peanut butter on top, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top before baking.
