Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk eggs, honey, yogurt, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into pan, bake 30–35 minutes, then cool.
Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and drizzle over cooled cake.
Notes
For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt and reduce sugar.
