Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 50 g quick oats
  • 20 g unsweetened finely shredded coconut

Wet ingredients

  • 96 g natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 44 ml pure maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Pulse oats in a food processor until fine.
  • Mix processed oats with shredded coconut, peanut butter, and maple syrup to form a dough.
  • Form dough into balls, flatten into disks, and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12–13 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on sheet.
