These delicious and nutritious chocolate protein bites are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat, combining healthy fats, protein, and chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

Main

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon SunButter or nut seed butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • cup vegan chocolate protein powder (add more if needed for desired texture)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (allergy friendly)
  • to taste Stevia drops (vanilla or chocolate flavor)

Instructions 

  • Process the avocado, nut butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Add protein powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips; pulse until dough forms. Adjust with extra cacao or protein powder if too wet.
  • Taste and add Stevia drops for sweetness if desired.
  • Roll small spoonfuls into balls and dust with additional cocoa powder if desired. Store in fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

Keep the mixture chilled for easier rolling and better texture.
